At ESL FACEIT Group, I played a key role in shaping corporate brand positioning across global media, social platforms, and industry events. I provided PR leadership for DreamHack, ensuring its distinct identity remained strong within the EFG portfolio while aligning with the group’s broader strategic goals. I also worked with C-level executives to shape thought leadership, securing high-impact coverage that reinforced EFG’s place as an industry leader.
PR-Driven Stakeholder Engagement
A strong PR strategy means building and maintaining the right relationships. I’ve worked closely with partner PR & communications teams, ensuring alignment on messaging, securing joint media opportunities, and collaborating on key initiatives. From partnering with Riot Games on major esports activations, to working alongside Monster Energy’s marketing team to enhance brand visibility at gaming festivals, to coordinating with financial institutions and non-endemic brands on PR campaigns that connected gaming with broader audiences—I’ve ensured seamless communication between brands and their stakeholders.
Internal Collaboration & People & Culture Support
Strong communication starts within. I’ve worked across global teams in PR, marketing, legal, and product development, ensuring messaging consistency and strategic alignment. Additionally, I’ve supported the People & Culture (HR) department in crafting internal communications, helping to keep employees informed and engaged through leadership updates, organizational changes, and internal branding initiatives.
